Not everything fits neatly into categories. Some work is highly specialised, some experimental, and some simply springs from curiosity and love of learning. This is where you will find the “pair of hands” support I offer beyond the main consultancy, research, and facilitation work.

Thematic Training & Capacity Building

• For Process & Group Facilitators – training in group dynamics, reflective practice, and working with uncertainty.
• For Researchers – especially action research, designing studies that are participatory, reflexive, and impactful.
• For Project Practitioners (“Project Ninjas”) – skills in reflective project design, monitoring, and adaptive management.

Supervision & Support

• Individual or group supervision for facilitators, researchers, and consultants seeking reflective accompaniment.

Translation & Writing

Because language carries worlds, I also work as a translator and writer in fields close to my heart:

• Specialised translations in continental philosophy, psychoanalysis, feminist studies, social and political thought. I am the official translator of Melanie Klein’s “Envy and Gratitude and other works”.
• Literary translations of works that nourish the imagination, such as utopian science fiction and the writings of Thích Nhất Hạnh.

Why? Because translation is also facilitation — it carries meaning across boundaries and allows us to inhabit other worlds.
