- Conflict and Crisis Support – when breakdowns, mourning, collective trauma or tensions threaten performance, I provide structured intervention and repair.
- Change & Transition Facilitation – helping teams navigate restructuring, leadership changes, or shifting contexts.

Practicalities & Fees
- €200 – 90-minute session
- €300 – half-day (3.5 hours)
- Travel, preparation and follow up time not included
- Packages can be tailored following a needs assessment (e.g. ongoing Action Learning Sets, quarterly reflective sessions, or long-term accompaniment).
- Sessions can be delivered in person, online, or blended.
