For policy makers

Policy today is forged in conditions of uncertainty: shifting political landscapes, competing interests, and urgent social challenges. Yet behind every policy are people — citizens whose lives are shaped by the choices made.

I work with policy makers who want more than quick fixes. My approach brings together research, consultancy, and reflective practice, creating spaces where policy can be both evidence-informed and socially grounded.

What I offer

  • Policy Research & Analysis – rigorous studies that illuminate emerging challenges and inform decision-making.
  • Consultancy & Advisory – tailored support for designing, testing, and refining policy frameworks.
  • Strategy Development & ToC – building clear pathways from vision to action, grounded in realistic outcomes.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) – frameworks that not only track progress but foster accountability and shared learning.
  • Policy Dialogues & Labs – participatory spaces for exploring options, engaging stakeholders, and testing assumptions.
  • Crisis & Transition Support – guidance in moments of political or institutional upheaval.
  • Inter-organisational Facilitation – working across ministries, agencies, NGOs, and international bodies to create coherent, collaborative responses.

Who I work with

  • Ministries and government agencies developing education, human rights, climate, or social policy.
  • European and international bodies seeking cross-country policy alignment.
  • Parliamentary committees and working groups designing and reviewing legislation.
  • Policy-focused NGOs and think tanks shaping public debate and proposals.

Why this work matters

Policies are not only documents — they are living systems of intention and consequence. To be effective, they must rest on evidence, embrace complexity, and remain open to learning. My work helps policy makers craft frameworks that last beyond the news cycle and serve the people they are meant to reach.
